We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must:

• Remain in the original packaging or protective holder.

• Include all original accessories, certificates, or documentation (if applicable).

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of collectors and the integrity of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Coins that have been removed from sealed packaging or protective capsules.

• Items that have been damaged, altered, cleaned, or mishandled after delivery.

• Customized or special-order products.

• Final sale or clearance items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your request promptly, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the item received.

• Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable).

After review, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Heritage Coin Gallery will cover the return shipping costs.
